We ask that you send to our office the earnest money down payment on the purchase price as agreed with the seller. Your deposit will be secure in our law firm trust account. The deposit will be credited toward the purchase price on the closing statement. The check should be payable to "Wilson Law Firm Trust Account".

Assuming that you have chosen a full closing, we will have the seller sign affidavits of no liens to attest to the fact that no liens, bankruptcy, deaths, judgments etc exist as would affect title to the property. Our 40 year experienced title attorney will examine title to make sure that you obtain marketable title unless you choose not to obtain a title abstract. We are a full service title insurance agency and are licensed to issue a title insurance policy to you if you so desire.
